1989 mercury s/n oc252348.launched my boat trimed the motor down with no trouble. ran for around three hours. put boat on trailer, motor very slow. got home tilted down very slow and now will not drive at all. checked power to the silanoids. both appear to be ok. is the tilt motor bad? and do i have to take the motor off the boat to remove and replace the trim motor?
