power tilt will not go up

I had my pontoon brought out of winter storage<br />now when I try to put the power tilt in the up<br />position,it will not go up,down is fine.<br />when they delivered the pontoon the battery<br />case was half full of water,I know that the <br />wires are coroded,does this mean the relays and or the circuit breaker has to be replaced?or can<br />they be cleaned?<br /><br />Where is the power tilt circuit breaker?<br />on a cmc for 25hp mercury

Does the relay click when trimming up.

I had the same problem. In determining the the faulty part I switched the cables from the "up relay" to the "down relay". Tried to tilt it both ways after that and the result were that the "up relay" was bust even though I tested it before it didn't give enough ampers through. A new relay doesn't cost much and is easy to install. <br /><br />Joche
