I'm having trouble with wiring at the dash board esp with the fuse panel.

Q... Where does the fuse panel get its power from?.. I looked all over some diagrams i can't seem to locate the source of power coming into the panel...

1985 V20 stepup with a 470 mercruiser single bat. volt meter, no alt just the stator, water cooled volt reg.

some prev owner did a hatch job on the dash board, i had grnds to power, power to grnds, what a mess i spent some time doing it right cutting out his screw ups.

You guys are the Bomb on this site I have learned so much, thank you for helping us newbees...

Re: Power to fuse panel

Normally the dash mounted fuse panel will get power on separate + and - wire to the battery and should have a master fuse at the battery
