Hey guys,

I finally traded up from a 12 ft john to a 17 ft bass tracker recently. However after I bought it I realized that the previous owner has removed the PT&T assy and replaced with hydraulic assist. I found the PT&T plug hidden in the back :(. so after my first week on the river and busting a fin off the prop already I've began looking for a replacement unit. It appears this is a somewhat rare option because I can't find one anywhere (other than NOS $1000+ or an aftermarket unit).

I've found one on ebay that looks close to what I need but the seller said to check with the forum first to see if it would work or not so I'm hoping someone will be able to help identify what I need.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/33076728288...em=&sspagename=ADME:X:RTQ:MOTORS:1123&vxp=mtr

this is the one I found, its for a 91 60hp unit.

my motor is a 93 40hp Evinrude Tracker model # TE40ELETB.

Any advice is appreciated.

Pretty sure the 3 cyl unit you're looking at isn't the same.

The seller thinks it will work, does anyone have a picture our model# of the unit I need?

Won't work, different stern mounting brackets.
