First try swapping the relays as Doghunter said and see what happens. If that doesn't work find your t/t wires coming out of the control box and look for a connector. Take it appart and get an ohmmeter. Next connect one ohmmeter lead going to the red wire going to the switch and leave it there. Now take the other ohmmeter lead and connect it to the blue wire and activate the switch. If it shows continueity switch is okay. Do the same with the green wire. No continuety on green or blue wire, sw is bad. If you have to replace the switch in the handle you will have to remove the control box from it's mounting cause there is a screw on the back side that lets you take the handle off to get at the switch. Also check all your wire connections starting at the control handle going all the way back to the the box with the relays in them.
