powerhead interchangeability

I have a 55hp evinrude 1978, with low compression on one cylinder 55875s, i was wondering if a powerhead 0432662 would work, i know they are diffrent years but would most or all part interchange.. long shot but im hoping

just found out the 0432662 has rph in frontof the number, cant find anything on internet.. any guesses
