Powerhead swap 1988 125 to 1995 120 hp

Hello,

I'm selling a 125 hp powerhead off of a 1988 motor on eBay. I have a potential buyer than wants it for a 1995 sea rayder 120 hp. The blocks looks similar but the sea rayder has the mercury ignition. It's also my understanding that the crankshaft are different because they have a different amount of splines? Could he just swap crankshafts and install? Or are there more differences?

Not certain but I would not make any claims, Let the buyer do the research so if he is wrong its on him. Not you.
