prepare for winter 2003 40hp

Is there an easy way to fog a 2003 mercury 40hp. It looks like i may need to take off the oil tank to get to the carb.

Not familiar with your particular year but the earlier models have access holes through the oil tank for you to get at the carbs. Once the cowling is removed the front of the carbs are visible thru the oil tank.
