I am going to paint my Aluminum Starcraft, but I need some advice. The are only a few very small bare aluminum spots on the boat, where the snaps for the old cover use to connect to. I am going to use Rustoleum paint. I'm not looking for perfection, I just want it to look better then it does now. After reading some other posts, I have concluded that I am going to roll it on. Do I have remove the paint and use primer, or can I just scuff it up and paint over what I have now?

Here are some pictures of the current paint:

Just scuff it up and touch up the bare aluminum spots with a light dusting of ZC primer. I just rolled mine with Easypoxy and it came out awesome. Pics in my thread.

Perfect, thanks! That's the answer I was hoping for! Your boat looks great by the way!
