Pressure Cap on VP AQ125A

The 4# pressure cap on my VP AQ125A heat exchanger needs to be replaced. Marine parts dealers want between $25-$35 for the item. NAPA auto parts store has a 4# radiator cap that looks identical. Any reason why not to buy the NAPA cap and save the $?

I would think that if they both release pressure at the same pounds and they both fit, why not.
