Price to Paint Boat

I was wondering how much it would cost to paint my boat. You do not have to daed on, but a rough estimate would be great.<br /><br />1986 23' Wellcraft Sportsman. It is a cuddy cabin.<br /><br />Thanks Guys/Gals

NRG If you mean how much for a pro to paint it I have no idea but if your talking about painting it yourself, I painted my 18" Stratos Fish and Ski for about $200. That included fiberglass prep, Interluxs' primer, special thinner, and 1 part polyurethane paint. You got a little more boat there so yours might run a little more.

Yes, I was refering to having a pro paint it. But Input on how long it might take myself to do it would help me decide on whether I should do it or have a pro do it.

look in the boat building section of the forums and you will see this covered MANY times on how to do it yourself... and get an idea of how long it will take.<br /><br />I'd like to paint mine this winter... and from the looks of it, it will take me all winter to get it done just working a little bit on the weekends.
