Hey everyone I have a pretty simple question just gave my 1975 70 HP Johnson new plugs and fuel filter fuel lines and bulb, while priming my motor I noticed The fuel filter is only filling maybe half full at best,is this typical? Or should I pull my aluminum fuel cell apart and see if I have screen blockage in the tank, boat has been a little sluggish half throttle so I decided to replace some common issues.thanks a lot
