if there are two lines coming off the prime solenoid going to each carb, shouldn't there be a way for the fuel to get inside the carb? both of my carbs have nipples for fuel to enter but only the bottom one actually has a passage for the fuel to enter inside the motor. the top carb has the nipple but it just dead ends, there is no way for the fuel to get into motor. is only one inlet enough to start this thing or was this a mistake from the factory?
