Problem Prop!!

I just purchased a 1990 Skeeter Bass Boat with a 200 horsepower Johnson motor. The motor came with a whale tail and a 13 1/4 X 27 pitch 4 blade shooter prop. The problem is, the boat seems to hole shot fine but washes out before the boat planes. Can anyone suggest a prop that would take care of this? Thanks.

"Washes out"??? explain please? Do you have any rpm numbers?
