Got an idle problem with my 9.9 Evenrude. Started out with a carb problem and re-built it and it ran fine, A few days later had a hard time starting and setting the idle. Pulled the plugs and noticed they were wet. Changed plugs and it ran fine until I tried to re-start again. Same problem-wet plugs! After getting it started again it runs good at high speed but still has a problem with the idle and the plugs still get wet. Anybody have a solution before I turn it into an anchor?
