Problems removing screws.

Before I take my lower unit to a machine shop to get the screws removed from the water pump housing can I get some suggestions. Tried power drill no luck.

spray them with liquid wrench then tap them lightly a few times and they should loosen up. if not, take it to a machine shop.8)

try "PB blaster" from autozone if liquid wrench dont get it....spray alot on it and ...let it sit over night..then do the tap thing.

Get a small hand torch and lightly heat it up...carefully tap on it with a hammer while trying to loosen it up.
