Hello all! I'm an extreme DIY, and recently purchased an 1987 Four Winn's 245 Vista, for $1200 (tandem axle trailer included) It was winterized, but stored in a driveway for 5 years. There's evidence of standing water half-filling the cabin, and engine compartment. So far I've gutted and deep cleaned her, no obvious signs of structural water damage. now I'm moving onto inspecting the engine. Any tips are gladly welcome
(unless you're saying to scrap her)
Honestly, the only things I'm having trouble understanding are the electronics (50/50 operational) and where to identify structural problems. Feels/sounds solid. Also maybe some tips on what to look for on the block before putting any money into her. Thanks in advance!
