i am looking for a project sailboat, and found a 1973 Venture of Newport for less than 1K with trailer. Can anyone suggest areas of concerns on this craft to really watch out for. I have experience in carpentry, design and building, so o feel comfortable in taking on a task of restoration. It may turn out to cost less than building a wooden boat, searched many of plans for those. Thanks.
