Easiest on dry land. You "might" need a friend to hold the old prop as you remove the nut (also helps when you are tightening the new one).
There should be a metal lock clip under the nut and you may have to use a small screwdriver to bend the tabs away. After you remove the old prop make sure there is no debris or fishing line on the shaft. Slide the new prop on, re-install the clip and nut. Tighten and enjoy.
A good size socket set works best. They do sell prop wrences which are plastic (I tend to stay away from them).
