prop dont fit

I have a 04 yama 150 and ordered a Solex aluminun prop and after tighting prop nut prop will move up and down shaft about 1/8 inch. What did I do wrong? Large washer before prop and small after.

Did you order the correct hub kit?.

SS prop does have a removable hub and Solex does not. Did I order wrong prop?

Since we have no idea what part number you ordered we have no idea. Some replacement props require require a different thrust washer behind the prop.
