I have a 92 Bayliner 1850 with a 4.3 Mercruiser, Alpha 1 Gen 2
Its 17.5 to 18 ft. Gearing is 1.84
Recommended WOT is 4400-4800
Its a LH Rotation unit.

I don't currently have a prop. The boats been in storage at a family members and I have no clue where it went. I plan on having usually 2-4 people in the boat with a bit of gear, (a wakeboard and rope). My intent for the boat is general cruising, with a bit of watersports (tubing/wakeboarding)

I'm looking at a stainless steel prop. Most of what Ive gathered from other people with similar size boats have likes around 14" prop at 21 pitch. Any help would be great!

Unless you find someone with the exact same boat, loaded exactly the same way, with the exact same...... chosing a prop will just be a guess.

As far as that goes I think 21" pitch is a very good place to start for that setup.

FWIW - I have an 18' Mariah with a 4.3LX and same gear ratio and can turn a 14 3/4 X 21 Hustler a;; the way to 48oo RPM with normal load.
