I've seen a prop for sale (marked 49 73140 A40 15P) that is climed to be for a Force 70hp. What do the markings mean? Will it fit a '88 50hp?<br />Thanks in advance..
the markings are a mercury part number followed by 15 inches of pitch, no it will not fit your 50 hp, there are several good company's that make props for your motor other than mercury and cheaper prices like michican.
