Prop for Alpha Drive

Just purchased my first I/O. Mercruiser 5.0 MPI with Alpha Drive.

Prop is currently an aluminum with a few dings, so have been looking at replacing it with SS. I've just realized that some props have solid hubs and others rubber. What are the pros/cons of each? Do I have to use one or the other on my Alpha drive?
