prop for bayliner capri 1850 1999?

I have a 4 blade alum. 14x20. Is that the right one? Looking at stainless. 3 or 4 blade? Do some props come without a hub and does it matter? The 14x20 has good hole shot but only 35mph top speed. I need the hole shot, will stainless help with top end? Can I get more out of the motor with easy inexpensive tweeks?

What motor? what is the present rpm?What is your typical load and activities.
