Looking for top speed. Boat specs are as follows:

1994 Cajun Espirit 2000 dry weight 1700 Lb
1994 Mercury 200 weight 409 lb
3 batteries
Estimated weight 2500 lb loaded

Current prop : trophy 25 pitch 4 blade
Current gps top speed: 56 mph @ 5400 rpm

Looking for more top end speed.

Will consider hydraulic jack plate and new prop

What do the iBoats experts have for recommendations?

Boat is a fish and ski but the running surface is very similar to a bass boat.
