Prop for Foreign Yamaha

Hello All,<br /><br />Not sure if I should've posted this to the Yamaha ourboard forum, or here. I need a prop for my 8 horse. The model number is 8CM, then 6G1 003181. After that, there's a sticker that says "Made in Japan", with the number 9458.<br /><br />I have no idea what year this motor is, and Yamaha's Customer Service Center has no reference of this number. They said it "could be a 1984 model".<br /><br />So, I assume that the motor was obviously made in Japan, and sold in another country, then eventually making its way over here.<br /><br />I've used Yamaha's website and went under the 1984 model year, and come up with a prop number 6G1-45952-00-EL.<br /><br />Can anyone tell me if this prop will fit? Also, anyone have any ideas where I can get a parts/service manual for this motor?<br /><br />Thanks!<br />Rick
