Prop for Sea King

I'm considering buying a 1961 5hp Sea King listed on Craigslist in my area. However, it doesn't come with a prop. Are they easily obtainable and where do I find one? From what I've read, this particular year was made by Gale, so I assume a J/E prop would work... right?

This is a non-running motor but looks to be in nice shape and complete (except for the prop), judging from the photos. If it's not siezed and the compression is decent, would this be a good motor to put a little money into to make running motor that can be used on a narrow 14' jon boat? Will it have the pressurized tank?

Yes, same prop as a 5.5hp Johnson or Evinrude. They are great little motors, if in good condition. They have a fuel pump to pump out of an ordinary non-pressurized tank. In fact, they had fuel pumps long before their J/E cousins.

Thanks FR, that makes it a little easier to make a decision.

Re: Prop for Sea King

Okay, I've been searching the internet for the past two hours for a place to price and possibly order a prop for this motor (if I buy it) and I can't seem to find anything. Even a search on Ebay turned up nothing. Any suggestions on where to look and what to ask for? Thanks.
