I Have a Carolina skiff 2008 DLV 198 and a Honda BF 115 WOT MAX is 6000.
It came with a 13.5x15 AL 3 blade = 5950 rpm
I have a SS 13 x 17 SS 4 blade and now only get 5200 ?
This is still in my range 5000 - 6000 but is this good ?

thats why its the recomended optimal rpm range, so yes... but to get the full potential out of your motor and to last longer you wanna keep your WOT rpms closer on the high side than on the low side.... 5800 would be ideal
by going from a 3 to a 4 blade its a 150-200 rpm loss, then every pitch is another 200 so thats close to 5200... what are the speeds at WOT for the two props?
