Prop ID and recommendation(s)

I have a Classic Fifty four cylinder, two stroke merc, forty-five hp, 20' Pontoon boat. Engine turns 4300 rpm @ WOT. It currently has the prop of which I have attached an image. I take this writing to mean that the prop has 11" pitch -- correct?

Looks to me like I need a bit less pitch and I'm contemplating a 10" pitch prop.

Comments, opinions, hints?????
