Prop ID

I have a Yamaha 130 that has an aluminum painted white prop. The only markings I see on it are 1115 , 6094 , and 3937. Can anyone tell me what I have?
It's looking beat and will be looking at getting a new one but wanted a starting point.

Ok, found some other numbers on the inside ribs. 6E5 , Y-3 , and 17K
Where can I look these up?
