Getting my new (bought used) boat ready for water and noticed that when turning prop by hand clockwise it is rubbing somewhere (metal to metal noise) If I pull the prop to the left when turning it goes away?<br /><br />What could this be? also in neutral with engine off should the prop be able to turn in both directions? It currently does not, it is locked when trying to turn CCW but is free CW.<br /><br />Thanks.
