Prop ? on 1999 50 HP Merc Force

I have a 99 50HP Merc/Force on a 2004 Blind Duck Tracker. I want to change the alum prop to a SS one. The current number on the alum prop is F10 13X15P but I can't find a SS prop with that number. Is the 13 diameter and the 15 pitch? Could I increase the pitch to 16 and increase speed without giving up to much? Any help for the SS prop and anwsers to questions would be appreciated.

The boat WOT is about 5300 RPMs; however, I dont't know what it should be. The current prop was from the dealer.
