prop part # for 9.9 evinrude

I want to gain more speed for my heavy boat. What size prop will help me for a 1982 9.9 hp evinrude? I am also considering converting it to a 15 hp, can you provide me information on this? Thanks!

Forget the 15 HP idea. Not doable within reason.
