we have a 1988 Baja 265 Force with a 30 over 502 Mercruiser motor with 9.1 compression. Should be putting out about 500 hp. We currently have a 23 pitch Mirage Prop on it; top speed is 50mph and that is at 5100 rpms. How do you determine which pitch is the best performance, was thinking on trying a 25 or 27 pitch prop but don't know. Thanks for any input
