Prop problems???

ok,<br />I moved the motor up as per JB. Thanks JB<br />the prop is still under water totally.<br />I picked up 2-3 mph. but now when I go to WOT the engine will over rev's and the speed fall off. It will not stay on plan at WOT!<br />Ok I know it sounds like the hub is spinning but it can't this prop mounts with metal spline to metal splines. there is no rubber on it any where.<br />and the spline look like new.<br /><br />So my question is do I have it over prop'd??? (9.25 X 12) because the prop is slipping real bad only at WOT.<br />btw this prop is not new it has a few little dings on it
