prop question 1986 85hp force

when looking up props it says thru hub or non thru hub my engine is 1986 85hp force and will the thru hub exaust work on the non thru hub

Yes.You have to use the hardware for the newer style.Jerry

so the thru hub exaust prop wont work for mine it calls for the non thru hub type just had a chance to get one of the other props cheap didnt know if it would hurt
