Prop Recalibration

How much does it cost? How much pitch can be taken out of a prop? Should it be done? Does it take away from the prop?<br /><br />I have a teflon coated SST-2 prop 23 pitch and need 3-4" pitch taken off.<br /><br />Easier to sell and buy right kind?<br /><br />Talk to me houston!

I would trade out if it were mine.No gurantee on the results plus it will diminish your props trade value.Get one factory pitched and let the prop shops deal with the minor tweeking.
