Prop removal

ok.. so i just did this on the older evinrude. and ive taken the prop of the johnson im workin on now.. i took the pin out and i know i have to take the nut off.. but whats the best tool to get it off. i don't want to ruin the nut. i gotta take it off because i wanna but the prop lube on.

Not knowing the year or model of the motor its difficult to know what tool.
I would think a socket would work best on most props.

86 Johnson 90 hp..
alright just gotta find a socket big enoguh
