Prop removal

OMC Cobra OBF4A vintage 1990 has bent skeg preventing prop from turning.
Cannot remove prop after taking out cotter pin.
Bent skedge not interfering with removal.
Need advice on removing prop and staightening skedge

You'll prolly break the sheg totaklly off when you try to bend it back. It's just the nature of the beast. Go slow.

Did you remove the nut and thrust washer after you removed the cotter pin?:

Let's start this in the prop section. If the skeg is not interfering let's get the prop question solved first and then maybe another thread for the skeg in the I/O section.
