Hey folks! I ran across some rocks and bent 2 fins on my propeller and took out a nice chuck of the skeg early this year. http://forums.iboats.com/images/smilies/mad.gif

I have a 120 Force O/B on a 1995 Bayliner Capri 1800 LS. I didn't have the WOT RPMs before the prop was bent but installed a tiny tach after the fact.

I'm idling around 2670 and WOT around 4440 - 5200 RPM's. Not sure about the dimensions of the current prop, I believe it is the original.

I'm was able to get around 35mph before the incident and now I'm getting around 30mph (Speedo on boat). Boat isn't doing a hole shot very well either.

I primarily use the boat for fishing, cruising, tubing and other family fun.

Here's some pics if that would help. Hopefully, ya'll can recommend what I need to get.

PO stated the boat went around 40mph but I haven't seen it over 35mph. It would be great if it could. Also, I had my motor tuned last winter.

Let me know if additional information is needed, thanks in advance.

So, I am reading that you are running a damaged prop, of unknown dimensions, and wondering why your performance is off?

No, That's not what I'm saying at all. lol... Of course the performance is off because the propeller is damaged.

I was seeking advice for a replacement since I don't know where to start.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
