Prop Shaft replacement tips needed

I have the bad luck of having to replace a bent prop shaft on Nissan 18hp short shaft.

Anyone have any tips, tricks, links that can help?

How do I know if the seals are okay?
Any torque specs I need?

You'll have better luck in the Nissan section.As long as its apart do the seals.
