Prop size an pitch

I have 2007 Tahoe 204wt it has a little trouble gettin on step with the aftermarket prop but the factory prop does just fine. The boat has a 4.3liter mercruiser alpha 1 with a carb.does anyone has advice an a good stainless prop size,brand,are pitch

NOT one to really give advice myself. I too have a question posted in this same section of the forum. BUT what i can do is say that in the other read first thread or whatever, they want you to have you max speed(GPS) rpm's at max speed, boat weight, hull type(Which is obvious with the boat you have listed) and if known, the lower unit gear.

Now, a buddy of mine has your boat, and he use's a 21pitch prop, 3 blade. NOT sure what type it is..I do know it's SS. I believe it may be a Quick silver. What I do know is his will top out at like 47mph. BUT will do so with ease pulling four or five people on the boat and a tube or skier. MAYBE that will help you..Wish I could do more buddy.

it would also help to post what the current props are, as a baseline to work from.
