prop size and pitch?

i have a 1989 (?) Suzuki DT65. factory specs call for a 11 1/2 x 16 prop. that size is almost impossible to find except from suzuki. what size should i get, do i go down in pitch, down in diameter? the motor is on a 21' pontoon.

just go down in pitch seeing it is on a 21" pontoon ....

Prop size is measures with engine rpm and how you use your boat. Give me more info and i will try to help you. You might need to try different size props before you find the best one for you. Also you can call your boats manufacturer or dealer and ask them for the right size prop for your boat, they will give you the prop size if they already have the info.

Does the engine have a prop on it?
