Hello,<br /><br />What size prop should I have for my 1986 90hp Evinrude on a 1986 20' Center Console Aquasport

One that will get you to around 5800 RPM's WOT with a normal load on the boat. The only way to really know which one is the correct one is to run with what you have and check RPM's. I'm guessing a 15"-17" pitch would be close. Also, any prop shop can get you close and usually will exchange it if need be...

Last 85hp I had was a 14" prop but only 11pitch it was on a heavy 19' boat. The 70 i am running on my 16' boat is a 13" at 19 pitch It just depends on your boat and which pitch and dia. runs the best on it, find a marina that will let you try them out a lot will do that so you don't just buy something that won't work and be stuck with it. what's wrong with the prop you have?
