Prop torque, 1985 Evinrude 120 V4

hopefully a simple request. If someone knows the torque spec for the propellar on my 1985 Evinrude 120hp V4, it will be greatly appreciated.

Good and snug. There's a spec, but it never seems to leave the hole aligned for the cotter pin. I use a chunk of 2/4 between a blade and the upper plate and thighten just enough to where that's necessary. More than if you held it by hand, but not by a lot.
