Have a 82 40hp merc. Hit a log the other day and cupped one blade over. Is it possible to us a rubber mallet to pound it back in place, or will it snap off when I pound it. Its not stainless steel I think its Alum.
You most likely are going to break it/and or not going to get it to track correctly. Send it to a prop shop and have them repair it. They have jigs to get them back into correct shape.
