prop ventilating

I have a 2005 234 Funship with the bravo 3 drive. I am experiencing vibration and an audible change in motor sound when making sharp turns at about 2300 rpms and above. Is this ventilation from the prop and does any one else experience this ? Any way to fix ? Thanks
