prop wont trim up

i have a '76 I/O inline 6 mercruiser, everything was functioning properly, but when i docked at the boat launch the prop was stuck in the full down position. when i tried to trim up there ws no response. seems like there is no current when i trim up. please help!!! my boat is stuck at the launch till i can raise my prop!

Remove the nuts holding the aft ends of the trim/tilt cylinders. Pull the ends off the shaft, lift the outdrive and use rope or a strap to hold it up. Tie up the cylinders. Pull the shaft out and put the nuts shaft, bushings and washers in a safe place and pull the boat out of the water.

jump the solenoid on the trim pump ,or take a jumper from the + battery and touch the Blue motor wire
