96 gm 350 now a 383 stroker bravo3 24 ft larson performs well through full power curve max rpm w/ average load is 5000rpm I am thinking of going from a 24 pitch to a 26 pitch any thoughts?

What is wot supposed to be max?

You will come down about 3-400 rpm, will that be between recommended rpm?

WOT RPM will drop as noted above, hole shot will decrease a little and top speed may or may not change. What are you trying to accomplish?
