i have had my prop repaired twice now, boat does not seem to run as quick as it use too it is a merc 50h.p. 1983. does reairing lower my rpm or top speed?

Whether or not a repaired prop will perform as well the original depends on the expertise of the person making the repair.

If it vibrates at all, I'd just replace it to save the lower unit.
